Our History
All Realty Property Management, LLC is a privately owned real estate company located in Houston and serving communities all the way to the Piney Woods of East Texas.
After obtaining a real estate license in 2001, Toni Ryan joined Re/Max following a career in the construction industry. In 2009 she obtained her brokers license and founded All Realty Property Management, LLC. in response to client requests for property management services of residential portfolios. Since then she has acquired experience encompassing real property acquisitions and dispositions, residential and commercial property management, HOA/POA management, as well as commercial tenant representation.
Commercial Tenant Representation
After years of managing commercial properties ranging from small medical complexes to large retail centers, I developed a passion for helping tenants find the right location and lease terms. As a landlord representative I have seen tenants find themselves in situations that jeopardize their financial future due to poor lease negotiation or site selection. Whether you are a business owner looking for your first location or expanding your brand, it is imperative to have someone interested in your best interest. If your strategy consists of calling the landlords representative directly you must understand that person has the landlords interest in mind. They are only interested in getting the lease terms hashed out and receiving a commission to do so. They are not obligated to suggest due diligence items guard against issues that will affect your businesses success. Just as they are not obligated to tell you that the HVAC system is in poor condition or the roof is failing.
